{getting fit}

I really like exercising. It's because it makes me less tired at home and at school, and it keeps me keep sharp mentally. It's not so much about getting fit as in getting thinner ('cause I already am thin), but it's more of getting fit as in getting my body to stay on for longer before I get fatigued.

Currently I'm following the RAF fitness programme for potential officers (not that I'm planning to get into the RAF anyway). My typical exercise schedule (yeah, I make it kinda flexible) goes like this:

Mon: Run
Tues: Cycle/swim
Wed: Muscle endurance exercises
Thur: Rest day
Fri: Run
Sat: Same as Wed
Sun: Rest day

The muscle endurance exercises consists of tricep dips, sit-ups, press-ups, dorsal raises, and step-ups.

More often that not, I end up exercising every day for one of two reasons:
1) I want to catch-up or exercise in advance.
2) I simply just wanna do extra.

The latter one is more common, 'cause I often run and swim with a friend and so he is often very eager to exercise on my rest days, haha! But yeah I do know that rest days are essential for the body to regenerate and things like that.

{stalker! stalker!}

I was quite furious this morning: numerous times since last year, seriously or jokingly, I have been called a stalker just for knowing a bit of extra knowledge, like:

For knowing the names of my set-mates: Stalker!
For knowing what course a senior is taking at uni: Stalker!

Can you even define stalker? Bet you can't!

I think NOT knowing your set-mates' names after a YEAR is a SHAME.
